SAMSUNG TOGOK TOWER

The Samsung Togok Tower is a 111 story Corporate Headquarters and mixed-use facility. Program includes office, retail, housing, theaters, convention center, luxury and business hotels, sports facility, cultural center and micro electronics showroom.  Master plan and tower concept design services, Seoul Korea.

Exploration of the transformation of super tall building design. Maximization of structural performance through envelope shaping, primary perforation, site orientation to natural forces and nodal linking configurations. Application of advanced wind-turbine, photo-voltaic glazing skin and robotics technology.
